RobotsWear runs a hybrid model: in-house engineered textiles developed in our Materials Lab and a global supplier network of vetted manufacturers that supply specialized fibers, e-textile assemblies and ready-made industrial fabrics. We perform production-level testing, full integration engineering and deliver OEM/ODM-ready modules.

Tip from the lab: Always specify your mounting geometry and expected articulation angles — fabrics behave very differently when mounted flat vs on curved, moving surfaces.

Integration is where materials meet mechanics and electronics. Our engineers design attachment points, routing channels for conductive traces, strain-relief zones, and thermal management layers. Integration includes:
