Product Status, R&D Transparency & Official Disclaimer

Some materials and technologies presented on this website represent our research direction and long-term product vision. This page clarifies which solutions are commercially available today and which are R&D concepts.

Official Disclaimer

This disclaimer helps clarify the meaning behind statements like “innovative materials,” “advanced technologies,” and similar wording used on the site.

RobotsWear is an early-stage company focused on research (R&D) and the development of technical materials for robotics. Some descriptions on this website reflect ongoing research directions, conceptual products or future plans. These items illustrate our vision but do not necessarily mean that such technologies are currently available for immediate commercial delivery.

At this stage, we offer commercially available solutions such as technical fabrics and related services (samples, testing, custom procurement). When a product is marked as “Commercial Product,” it is ready for purchase and delivery. When a product is marked as “R&D / Concept,” it is under development and may require additional testing or certification before mass production.

Why We Provide This Information

  • To ensure transparency with partners and clients.
  • To avoid misunderstanding regarding product availability and readiness.
  • To comply with standard B2B expectations for technical materials and documentation.

What This Means For You

  • If a product is labeled as a Commercial Product — we can provide samples, specifications and deliver the material within agreed lead times.
  • If a product is labeled R&D / Concept — please contact us for feasibility discussions, pilot batches or testing programs.
  • All B2B requests are processed via a formal quotation and supply agreement.

Documentation & Compliance

Depending on the product type, we provide: technical datasheets (TDS), testing data (on request), material composition, invoices, and certifications when required. Some innovative materials may require further evaluation or certification prior to large-scale supply.

Tip: Add labels such as “Commercial Product” or “R&D / Concept” directly on product pages to avoid confusion and improve B2B clarity.

How We Handle B2B Requests

A typical workflow for international partners (e.g., a recent inquiry from Spain):

  1. The client sends us a request with required specifications and volumes.
  2. We clarify needs: samples, deadlines, delivery preferences.
  3. We prepare a formal quotation: pricing, MOQ, lead times, payment terms.
  4. Upon approval: contract → payment (if applicable) → sample dispatch or production batch → shipping.

For R&D-stage materials, we offer pilot programs: small test quantities, joint evaluation and step-by-step scaling.
